B1 Running, Choking B2 Asleep at the Wheel B3 Vacant Spaces B4 Stairways B5 Alleyways B6 Doorways lead to hallways - Acoustic Edit Notes on the outtakes: B1 and B4 were 2 of about 15 quick demo's of ideas done during the initial tracking of the album in late November/early December of 2004. B2 and B3 were done in a marathon weekend of experimentation with a Yamaha CS-15 and a spring reverb tank. B5 was originally planned to be track 3 on the album Northern Air, but was scrapped and work ceased on completing it once Lifetime was demo'd. B6 features the original first vocal takes of the track, with the drum and synthesizer elements muted. All tracks written and arranged by Michael Weeks, except for B6 which features Eric Schlappi on melodica and additional guitars. |
